We connect builders, contractors, architects, facility managers, and procurement teams with a network of dependable suppliers offering everything from cement, steel, and aggregates to electricals, plumbing, finishes, and site safety. What this really means is you get choice, transparent pricing, and consistent fulfillment without juggling dozens of vendor calls.

What we do

  • Aggregate supply at scale. We list materials from approved sellers so buyers can compare availability, specs, certifications, and price in one place.
  • Support informed purchasing. Listings include dimensions, grades, technical data sheets, and brand documentation provided by sellers.
  • Simplify ordering. Place one order across multiple suppliers, track delivery, and manage invoices from your Ustruct account.
  • Resolve issues fairly. If something goes off track, we step in with a clear, time-boxed dispute process so everyone knows next steps.

How the marketplace works

Ustruct is a platform. We are not the manufacturer or seller of record for most items. Independent sellers create and manage listings, set prices, confirm stock, and fulfill orders. Payments are processed through trusted payment partners. Delivery is handled by the seller or their logistics provider. You always see who you’re buying from before you pay.

When you check out, you enter a contract with the seller for the goods and with Ustruct for the marketplace and support services. That keeps responsibilities clean. Sellers are responsible for product quality, compliance, and delivery. We are responsible for running the platform, safeguarding payments through our partners, and facilitating returns and disputes under the policies you see on this site.

Quality and compliance

Construction is unforgiving. Materials must meet code, project specs, and safety standards. We operate a seller onboarding process that checks business identity, tax status, and, where applicable, brand authorization. Sellers are required to provide test certificates, conformity marks, and MSDS where relevant. If documentation is missing or questionable, we halt listings until it’s fixed.

Pricing, taxes, and logistics

Prices are set by sellers and may vary with market conditions. Taxes, duties, and freight are shown at checkout when we have enough information about your delivery address and order size. For heavy or bulk items, sellers may propose LTL, FTL, or site-drop options. You’ll see the option and cost before you confirm. If your site needs special access or permits, say so at checkout. That avoids surprises.

Returns and problem resolution

We handle returns by policy, not by guesswork. Eligibility depends on material type and condition. Many standard goods are returnable if unused and in original packaging. Cut-to-size, poured, mixed, custom-fabricated, hazardous, or temperature-sensitive items are usually not returnable unless defective. Sustainability

Better planning cuts waste. Ustruct helps you choose the right quantity, check alternatives, and access product data that supports green building aims. When sellers provide EPDs or recycled content data, we surface it so you can document credits without chasing PDFs.

Fair play

We keep the marketplace healthy by enforcing clear rules: accurate listings, honest reviews, timely fulfillment, and no counterfeits. If a seller under-delivers, we address it. If a buyer abuses returns or chargebacks, we address that too. Balanced rules sustain better outcomes for everyone on the job.
